I ordered a shirt and, from what I can tell, it seems like real Glitch merch. The tags and print look legit, so I’m assuming it’s official. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues either. The only thing is the fabric felt thinner than I figured it would for the price. It’s not bad at all, just more average than I expected. I’d probably grab something again if it was on sale.

I ordered a preorder item and overall it went smoothly. The product showed up as expected, so no real complaints there. I just wish the site made the wait time and status updates a little easier to find. I had to poke around a bit to figure out what was going on. Not a bad experience at all, just a little confusing if you don’t preorder stuff often.

I placed an order over a month ago, and the tracking has shown it stuck in customs for three weeks. I called the company it was supposedly shipped with, and they had no record of the shipment.

When I look into my order, I see three different shipping companies listed, which is very confusing and concerning. I have contacted customer service four times and have received absolutely no response.

At this point, I will likely have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a really disappointing experience, especially because my daughter has been waiting over a month for this order. Based on my experience, I would not trust this website. The customer service has been terrible.

My order came through with no mixups and everything was exactly right. I’m sure other customers appreciate that too, because it makes the whole experience feel easy and reliable.

I knew quickly I was into it once I spotted my favorite character. The character choices are solid, and that was enough for me to make up my mind fast

I ordered a hoodie from glitchproductions.store and it turned out way better than I thought it would. The print looks clean not blurry or cheap and the hoodie itself feels comfy.
I’ve washed it a couple times now and it still still looks good. Shipping was fine too and I’d definitely buy from them again.

The print design looked really different from the pictures. The colors were off and the placement didn’t match what I was expecting, so I was disappointed when it arrived. I also tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in a support loop without a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

They’ve got a good range of stuff, and I usually assume I’ll find something I like when I browse. The only downside is that some sizes seem to be out of stock often, which can be a little frustrating

The whole experience felt way more dramatic than it needed to be because the updates came in late. I kept checking and hoping for some news, but it was mostly silence until after I really needed the information. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely frustrating.

I had a hard time figuring out what I was actually getting from the product pages. Like I said, the info just wasn’t very clear, and I couldn’t tell what was included. The sizes and details felt kind of incomplete too, and some of the wording confused me. Like I said, I just didn’t feel confident enough to place an order. I wish the descriptions were more straightforward

I ordered from Glitch Productions and the merch I wanted was actually in stock, which was a nice surprise since stuff on merch sites sell out so fast. Checkout was easy too. I’m giving it 4 stars because a couple of the sizes was already gone, so I had to choose something else. Still, I’m happy overall and I’d definitely check back again.

My son ordered several items worth 144 EUROS (170 USD). He decided to order many items to get cheaper shipping. What Glitch production did was sending this in 6 different shipments meaning I need to pay 9.6 EUROS (11.3 USD) in handling fee for each package. If this was shipped in one shipment I would only have to pay handling fee once. This means I had to pay 48 EUROS (57 USD) extra because this was shipped in many small shipments. I tried to contact support and let them know how costly it is for me to get this in many shipments but they claim they are doing this to get cheaper shipment which is not in my case. When asking further and try to get them to understand my situation they just gave me a link to the FAQ on their site which basically means they did not read my message, did not understand or just could not care less.

I was kind of expecting some annoying customs issue, but the duties were shown clearly upfront. Not exactly something I love paying, but at least there was no hassle or surprise charge.

I ordered from glitchproductions and my package did eventually show up, so at least that part was fine. Nothing was damaged and the items were okay, but the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, and when I tried to get more info, the answers felt kind of inconsistent, which made the waiting even more annoying. I might order again, but definitely not if I need something quickly.

I was actually really happy to find out glitchproductions.store ships outside the US, because a lot of merch stores won’t deliver to my country at all. The checkout was simple, and I liked that the shipping cost showed up before I paid.

It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but that’s normal for an overseas order. The package arrived in good shape and the tracking updated most of the time. I’d give it 4 stars mainly because the shipping isn’t exactly cheap.

I’d probably buy from glitchproductions.store again, but only if there’s a sale. Overall, the merch I got was decent and I don’t regret the order, but the pricing felt a little hit or miss. Some items seemed fair, while others felt kind of expensive for what you actually get. Shipping also added up faster than I expected. If you’re a big fan of the merch, it’s not a bad place to shop, but I wouldn’t go in expecting an amazing deal.
